If I can be honest, working in fashion was never a passion of mine—until I met the ladies of EVEREVE at Derby Street. It quickly became my ideal place to shop and soon transformed into my second home. Some may call it work, but at EVEREVE Derby, we feel like a small family. We operate as one unit, ensuring the store runs seamlessly. Every day, I’m reminded that what we’re doing is more than just selling clothes—it’s creating experiences and empowering women.

The Store’s Unique Vibe

I’ve visited other EVEREVE locations, but our store has its own unique vibe. The women I work with are not only trendy and stylish but also welcoming and timeless in their approach. Each of us brings something different to the table—our own experiences, style, and expertise—and we tailor that to each customer who walks in.

At EVEREVE, we center everything around the HEART (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity) of our service. Before we even begin styling, we take the time to get to know each customer—what they’re looking for, their lifestyle, and how we can make them feel amazing. It’s about more than just outfits; it’s about connection.

What sets EVEREVE apart is the perfect blend of boutique charm with a wide selection you’d expect from a department store. We offer a variety of high-end clothing and accessories, carefully curated to make each and every woman feel stylish and confident.

The Customer Experience

The moment you walk through our doors, you’re greeted as our guest, not just a shopper. Every team member is a stylist, ready to help you create the perfect look. Our denim fittings are one of the highlights of what we offer, and with over 20 different styles to choose from, there’s something for everyone. A few of my personal favorites are the Paige, Anessa, and the EVEREVE Vintage Barrel. I love pairing them with a Dolce Vita ladylike flat and a Rails button-down—just one example of how we build complete outfits for our customers. We don’t just sell pieces; we curate looks. When you trust us with your wardrobe, we aim to style you from head to toe, ensuring that you feel both comfortable and fashionable.

What It’s Like to Work at EVEREVE

Before joining EVEREVE, I was retired, but working part-time here has shown me that I have skill sets beyond what I ever thought. Being a stylist gives me the opportunity to help women rediscover how good they can feel in their own skin. For many of our customers, life or work doesn’t always allow them to dress up or wear clothes that highlight their best features, and they’ve forgotten how wonderful they can look. My role allows me to remind them of their beauty and confidence, and that’s an incredibly fulfilling accomplishment.

Working at EVEREVE isn’t just about retail for me. If I weren’t at EVEREVE, I wouldn’t be doing this work at all. It’s about the connection with the women I work with and helping our customers—many of whom have forgotten how amazing they are—rediscover that they’re already perfect just the way they are.

My journey with EVEREVE at Derby Street has been more than just a job—it’s become a space where I get to uplift, empower, and reconnect women with their confidence. It gave me a safe space to rediscover myself after a long taxing career. The store is a reflection of everything I believe in: community, personal connection, and the power of style to transform not just how we look, but how we feel. Being part of this team has shown me that fashion can be deeply personal, and I’m proud to be part of a place where every woman is seen, heard, and celebrated.
